STUDYING THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING IRON ORE WASTE İN THE PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS

Decorative ceramic brick for interior decoration is one of the most modern trends in architecture and construction. This type masonry, facing wall materials, which became popular middle last century, becoming more widespread over time. In order to expand disposal industrial waste, issues using iron ore recycling products together with other waste technology materials were considered. The functional purpose studied iron-containing based on well-known role oxides, ensure progress sintering process presence a liquid phase at significantly lower combustion temperature. 10 mln. enriching extracted from Dashkasan deposit located territory Republic Azerbaijan. than ton was collected. contains up 12-20% iron, it also cobalt, copper zinc metals. It clear that producing man-made deposits much cheaper natural deposits. For this purpose, possible obtain quality product by existing technologies saving raw materials. Both blast furnace agglomeration wastes generated mine are considered complex obtaining them, although they useful high-grade concrete, construction repair highways. Therefore, recycled obtained after removing non-ferrous metals contained them can be used buy building bricks, silicate bricks products, but final solution issue, necessary conduct precise technological semi-industrial tests.
